At Whole Companion Veterinary Care, I believe in transparent pricing so you can make informed decisions about your pet's care. Each appointment includes individualized attention and a treatment plan tailored to your pet's needs.

Initial Consultation & Acupuncture

$300 | Approximately 90 minutes

Your initial appointment includes a comprehensive review of your pet's medical history, a physical examination, discussion of your goals and concerns, TCVM assessment, and the initial acupuncture treatment. Following the appointment, I will develop an individualized treatment plan based on your pet's needs.

Follow-Up Acupuncture Treatment

$150 | Approximately 45–60 minutes

Follow-up appointments allow us to assess your pet's progress, provide additional acupuncture treatment, and adjust their care plan as needed.

Travel Fees

Travel within 10 miles of Westminster City Center (9250 Sheridan Blvd, Westminster, CO 80031) is included in the appointment price.

  • Within 10 miles: No additional fee

  • 10–20 miles: $30 travel fee

  • More than 20 miles: Please contact me to discuss availability and pricing.

Distance is based on driving distance. Travel fees apply per household visit, rather than per pet.

Herbal Medicine & Food Therapy

Recommendations for herbal medicine and food therapy are individualized to your pet. The cost of herbal formulas, supplements, and any additional products is separate from the appointment fee. If additional consultation time or services are needed, I will discuss any associated costs with you beforehand.

Cancellation Policy

Because appointments are reserved specifically for your pet and require travel planning, I ask for at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule.

  • Cancellations or rescheduling with at least 24 hours' notice: No fee.

  • Cancellations or rescheduling with less than 24 hours' notice: A $50 fee may apply.

  • Missed appointments: A $75 fee may apply if I arrive at your home and am unable to access the home or safely locate your pet for the scheduled appointment.

I understand that unexpected situations arise, including medical emergencies involving your pet. Late-cancellation fees may be waived at my discretion in these circumstances.
